• KOAHA hosts Brand Alliance Meetings at brand conferences throughout the year, giving hotel owners the opportunity to hear from KOAHA Officers and the brand’s executive leadership about the partnership between the two and what KOAHA is doing for its members.

• KOAHA assists both franchise and independent hotel owners to get the The Certified Hotel Owners (CHO) program. For the Franchisee hotel owners, CHO program can be participated through the franchisor program. For the independent hotel operators, KOAHA can assist to get the CHO program at participating associations. CHO is a great program for the accounting, marketing, sales, front office operations, employment , technology, legal issues, and more
